NoBloatTools does not authorize third-party download mirrors to modify, wrap, rebundle, or monetize its releases. A file found elsewhere may be outdated or altered.
The current beta releases are not code signed, so Windows cannot show a verified publisher identity.
The warning reflects the missing code-signing certificate. It does not independently prove that a file is malicious or safe.
Beta releases can contain bugs, compatibility problems, incomplete documentation, or antivirus false positives. Download only when you are comfortable testing early software and reporting problems.
Use the shortest path that fits the problem.
Report reproducible application problems in the relevant GitHub repository so status and follow-up remain visible.
For a vulnerability that should not be published immediately, email nobloattools@proton.me with the affected tool, version, impact, reproduction steps, and any proof of concept.
Use the same email address for setup questions, feedback, compatibility reports, and project questions. The website does not force open an email application.
The dedicated privacy policy explains the website and software data position in full.
Official stable filenames, direct GitHub sources, and local verification commands are documented in one place.

Each SHA256 value must be calculated from the exact ZIP uploaded to that release and published alongside it. Until the official release description shows a matching hash, this site will not display a fabricated value.
Public code and an open-source license are related, but they are not the same legal status.
Visitors can inspect the repositories, but no general permission to copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative versions should be assumed until a license file is added. The project is therefore described as source available on this site.
Once a license is selected and committed, this notice and the product pages can link to it directly.
NoBloatTools is working toward stronger release verification and code signing as the project matures.
